Experience across engineering, water, rural infrastructure and institutional development.
TAYONG Andrew Mbakwa is a sanitary engineer and rural infrastructure specialist with more than three decades of professional experience in water supply and sanitation, rural infrastructure, engineering consultancy, project implementation, institutional capacity development and technical training.
His professional experience combines engineering with the community and institutional dimensions of infrastructure development, including the application of participatory tools, methods and techniques for sustainable infrastructure management.
His career has included engineering practice, programme implementation, consultancy, capacity development and international knowledge work, providing experience that informs BECOM's integrated approach to infrastructure development.
